The Association was formed in June 2003, after a series of meetings initiated by the
Irish Ambassador to Malaysia; H.E. Daniel Mulhall. The aim of the Association is to gather
those individuals with educational background in Ireland for social activities, networking
and exchange of ideas.
The membership is open to Malaysian and non-Malaysian who are currently residing in Malaysia.
These are some of the activities that we've planned to conduct:
- Lecture talks by visiting Irish professors and respected Irish figures
- Annual dinner & dance
- Assisting in pre-departure briefing for Ireland bound students
- Family day
- Members' night
- Charity events
